Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include all original tags to ensure the return is processed successfully.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
